Attorneys joining IRELA receive benefits that include all of the following, and much more:

• Monthly Meetings or Webinars, generally on the second Wednesday of the month, with speakers covering timely topics affecting real estate transactions. IRELA is an MCLE Accredited Provider and offers CLE credit its programs. 
• On-Demand CLE for many of the programs offered. Members who cannot attend an event "live" have access to recordings of webinars and the opportunity to earn free CLE credit through our partnership with IICLE Share.
• Regular Updates on important issues and legislation affecting real estate transactions
• Website with timely announcements and updates, plus lots of helpful information and links to numerous real estate-related sites
• Focused efforts to further the interests of practitioners and consumers alike, increasingly through social media

All memberships renew annually on January 1.
Dues are pro-rated for new members beginning in May.

Attorney Members: $300

Licensed attorneys in good standing are included in the Member Directory.

Sponsoring Attorney Members:  Annual $500

Sponsoring attorneys are featured on the website, at our monthly meetings, and bumped up to the top of our online membership directory.

Recently Admitted Attorneys Members:  Free  

Illinois practitioners licensed three years or less enjoy “First Year Free” benefits. After first year, membership automatically updates to Attorney Member.

Law School Students Members:  Free

Annual dues are waived for actively enrolled law school students.

Paralegal Members: $75
