About Your Practice
My practice is primarily a commercial practice involving many aspects of commercial real estate, but my primary concentration for many years has been in ground leasing and zoning and annexation for development projects or in obtaining special use permits and other entitlements primarily in the Chicago area suburbs. I also handle commercial leasing for landlords and tenants and purchase and sale transactions for sellers and buyers. A number of my clients have also been non-profit entities.
