In recent years, lawyers have opined about the increasing length of Attorney Review letters for residential real estate transactions in Illinois.
Letters that were once a few paragraphs have commonly become at least a few pages. But are longer letters really indicative of better representation?
Our panel will go through examples of real modification requests that have been proposed in actual transactions, and weigh in on what may or may not be appropriate in 2018.
