LITIGATION UPDATE: Following our June, 2017 meeting at which Nora Devine spoke on the prosecutions of real estate attorneys undertaken by the IDFPR, the ISBA filed an action against the IDFPR for Declaratory and Injunctive relief and a Writ of Prohibition.  The action is pending. An update on the litigation and on other issues affecting your practice will be provided by IRELA President Ralph J. Schumann at the next IRELA meeting.
