Presentation Overview: Five months after the new Multi-Board 7.0 was released, we're still receiving questions about how lawyers should approach both the Attorney Review and Inspection contingencies. Led by three of the 7.0 drafters, our May meeting will be a panel discussion that focuses specifically on Paragraphs 10 and 12 and the requests that are resulting from changes to the new form. Filled with practice pointers, this discussion will use real-life case examples from the past few months.
