This will include ‘wet ink’ signings and complying with Governor J.B. Pritzker’s March 26, 2020, Executive Order No. 14 allowing a notary to perform remote notarizations and remote witnessing using two-way audio-video communication technology.

Kathy is a trust and estate professional with over 26 years in the wealth management industry.  During her career, Kathy has served as a Trust Officer, Trust Manager and Senior Client Advisor at leading financial institutions including BMO Private Bank, JPMorgan, and Citigroup where she assisted high net worth and ultra-high net worth families achieve their wealth transfer goals. Kathy received her B.A. in Business Administration from Hope College and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tennessee.  She is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association Trust & Estate Planning Section, and the DuPage County Estate Planning Council.

Kathy lives in Naperville, IL with her husband and two sons and currently serves as a volunteer for DuPage Pads.
