Timeshare exit options include selling, cancelling, or giving away the timeshare.  When timeshares have limited or negative marketable value, an owner is left with few attractive options. This presentation will help Real Estate attorneys better understand what options exist, the pros and cons of each, and how to guide  your client to a solution. These exit strategies will be addressed:

  • Selling A Timeshare
  • Cancelling A Timeshare
  • Giving Back A Timeshare
  • Listing A Timeshare
  • Donating A Timeshare
