Successfully argued that a judicial foreclosure purchaser may remain liable for pre-forec
losure assessments in the case of 1010 Lake Shore Association vs. Deutsche Bank (Sup. Ct., 2015).

Successfully argued that Section 9.2(b) of the Illinois Condominium Property Act amended the definition of common expenses to include legal fees in the case of State Place Condominium Association vs. Magpayo (1st Dist., 2016).
