Sabrina Bier joined Proper Title after 11 years as a top producing Realtor in the Chicagoland area. As an awarding-winning real estate broker, Sabrina was the perfect person to take on this newly formed role within Proper Title. She has created a bridge between Chicago-area brokers and Proper Title attorneys. Attorney clients rely on Sabrina regularly as she continues to help them relate to their broker clients – often quoting that Sabrina, “speaks and thinks realtor”.

Sabrina is very active in the Chicagoland real estate industry and meets regularly with Proper Title broker clients to keep a pulse on what is happening locally in real estate market. She creates networking opportunities and provides valuable in-person and online trainings to real estate professionals on important industry topics. Throughout 2020, Sabrina took her entire education platform 100% online. Creating Virtual Real Estate Chats, Zoom trainings that double her attendance and has become a host and active participant in all things real estate on the newest social media app, Clubhouse. Sabrina works closely with Proper Title attorneys, specializing in strategic marketing plans, advising them on social media marketing, and client relationship management.

Sabrina joined Proper Title in 2016. As a licensed a real estate broker, she was honored annually from 2009 to 2015 by the Chicago Association of Realtors as a top producer, ranking among the top 10 percent of approximately 11,000 agents. Sabrina was featured on HGTV’s House Hunters in 2016. Bier has also directed sales and fundraising efforts for the University of Chicago GI Research Foundation and continues to be very involved in Proper Title’s philanthropic arm, Proper Giving. She has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Florida Atlantic University.
