This program provides a comprehensive overview of the new RRE rule and its impact on real estate–related transactions. Participants will learn the regulatory background behind the rule, the types of transfers subject to reporting, and which entities and transactions qualify for exemptions. The session will also break down the definition of beneficial owners and outline what information must be collected, and from whom, to ensure full compliance.

In addition, we will explore industry best practices, discuss the consequences of failing to report, and identify practical steps each party can take to help ensure a smooth and efficient transaction from start to finish.
