Karen R. Mills focuses her practice on estate planning, probate administration, guardianships and probate litigation. Karen currently serves on the Northwestern Memorial Foundation Board of Directors. For over a decade now, she has been anactive member of the DuPage County Adult Protective Services Abuse and Neglect Program Multidisciplinary Team. She frequently writes and speaks on estate planning, probate, guardianship and related topics.

An active member of the DuPage County Bar Association, Karen currently serves as President (2024-2025)

Karen is active in the community and was named in 2023 by the Public Interest Law Initiative to its Pro Bono Volunteer Honor Roll.

Karen joined Aronberg Goldgehn in 2021, and was in private practice for seven years before that. Before her legal career, Karen spent nearly 20 years at JPMorgan Chase and BMO Harris Private B


Dr. Randy Summerville completed his Doctorate in Psychology at Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Prior to being a licensed psychologist, he spent four years as a behavior modification specialist and acted as consulting clinical director for three of those years for the intellectually challenged population.

Currently, Dr. Summerville focuses his practice on neuropsychological and psychological assessment on an inpatient and outpatient basis where he examines neurocognitive and neurobehavioral functioning of patients with various neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders. He is on staff at eight area hospitals and over a dozen skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. He completed his fellowship in neuropsychology with a focus on pediatrics and advanced geriatrics. Dr. Summerville has a long history of speaking engagements, including a cable TV series. 

As ARCC’s clinical training director, Dr. Summerville also manages ARCC’s clinical training program and supervises students from various levels of education.

When not in the office or consulting at facilities, Dr. Summerville enjoys racing at Road America, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his dog, Gracie.
